"But Kevin wasn’t just a systems builder. He became my sounding board on strategic decisions, my reality check when needed, and the person who helped me turn scattered priorities into a focused plan. The WorkOps engine he built fundamentally changed how I plan, collaborate, and execute with contributors, partners, and surely future team members. It made my solo-founder journey far more bearable, and honestly, more enjoyable."

"When he established a new process, he outlined how it worked, why it was created/changed, and how it serves the client. He never lost sight of that. When you are in a start-up that is building and moving, that is a tough thing to stay centered on."

About

About

I've been an engineer, product manager, operator, and consultant. From early-stage startups to organizations with thousands of people.

In every role, I ended up doing the same thing. Finding the real gap nobody asked me to find. Connecting dots across teams. Leaving it better than I found it.

I didn't plan this as a career. It just kept happening. A team would be stuck, I'd look beyond my job description, and something would unlock. Eventually I realized that was the job.

My approach is through system and culture: accountability, collaboration, transparency, visibility. Not one without the other. A system without culture is software nobody uses. Culture without a system is words on a wall.

I'm not tied to any team or outcome. That's why people are honest with me in ways they aren't with their own leadership. Conversations that happen behind closed doors come to me in the open. That access is what makes the real problems visible.

I'm not competing with specialists. I'm complementary. I find the right expert, and I make sure their work actually sticks. Most recommendations die on a shelf. Mine don't, because I stay.

From early-stage chaos to large-scale complexity, the thread is the same: close the gap between where an organization is and where it could be. Quicker. Better. Together.
